Editing a Goal

If you need to change a goal's title, description, or measurement, it will need to be edited. Managers and Individual Contributors are required to submit their edits for approval.

CEO Goal Edits

The CEO can edit a goal at any time. Edits can be saved in a draft format or published. Publishing will make the changes visible.

Any element can be modified.

To get assistance making updates, select the "Edit with AI" button. This will give you the option to have AI generate the Description and Measurement data.

Once edits are complete, select "Publish" to make them visible.

Manager & Individual Contributor Goal Edits

A goal can be edited up until the results are finalized. You can access the "Edit" button by selecting the down arrow on the goal menu.

The goal form will appear, where you can change any of the elements:

• Parent Goal
• Goal Title
• Goal Description
• Goal Measurement

If you would like help making your edits, you can use AI to generate the changes to the Description and Measurement fields.

Once you have completed your edits, you can send them to your manager for approval.
