Viewing Goal Performance

One of the aims of CEO-S Software is to promote visibility and transparency within the organization. For that reason, any goal can be viewed by any other person in the organization unless it is marked private.

Viewing a Single Goal

You can search for and view goals on the Goals page.

Select a goal from the list and it will populate on the right-hand side.

To see the goal's history, select the "History and Comments" tab. This will display a timeline of each goal update.

When comments have been added by the goal owner or someone else, they will display with the associated week.

Viewing Goals with Hierarchy

When viewing a parent goal, you will notice an extra two tabs:

• Overview
• Hierarchy

Selecting the Overview tab will show you a smaller version of the Predictions Matrix.

You can drill down into the details of the contributing goals directly from this screen by clicking the circles or the filters.

When there is a large hierarchy, it can be difficult to view all the data, so you'll want to select the matrix icon to view the larger Predictions Matrix.

The filters will work the exact same way when viewing it this way.

If you just want to see the hierarchy of a particular goal, you can always select the Hierarchy tab. This view will give you a collapsed tree view of the full goal hierarchy.

When you click on the plus button (+), the tree will expand.

The tree can be expanded and collapsed as needed.
