The Manager Role
As a manager, you are incredibly busy, but we think there's little (maybe nothing) more worthy of everyone's time than establishing what the team's priorities are, ensuring everyone is working together to achieve them, and communicating roadblocks along the way.
Creating & Managing Goals
As a manager in CEO-S Software, you'll kick off your team's goal-setting process each quarter. When creating your team goals, you're setting the direction for everyone and clarifying the priorities that everyone needs to focus on.
By aligning your department goals to the company goals, you help ensure that the work of your team directly influences the organization's ability to meet its larger business objectives.
Set a weekly cadence to view goal updates and follow up with any employees who are not consistently maintaining their goals.
