Manage User Roles and Permissions
The user profile in CEO-S contains information about the user. This information is organized into a few different areas:
Basic Profile
When a user is first added to the system, basic info is added: Name, Email, Title, and CEO-S Software role. This is also the data that can be modified through the "Edit Profile" button. Users can manage and maintain this data on their own. Managers can also manage and maintain this data. Users can add additional data, such as responsibilities and their biography, if they so choose.
User Permissions
The permissions the user has in CEO-S Software is managed on this screen. The manager can identify the user's role and who their manager is. The manager can also deactivate or activate their employee.
Advanced permissions can only be granted or changed by an Org Admin or the CEO.
User Settings
A user can manage their password and email preferences from the Settings tab.
Additional Information
Goals, employees, appraisals, and the User Manual can all be viewed directly in the context of the user's profile.
