The Talent Matrix

The Talent Matrix can tell the CEO, managers, and HR leaders important information about the talent makeup of their organization each quarter.

This view gives you an easy way to visualize the distribution of talent across a particular team, a particular department, or the whole company. The data captured during the appraisal process is used to populate the Talent Matrix.

You can access this view by selecting the "Talent Matrix" tab from the Talent page. The user experience will vary slightly based on role.

Managers

Managers will be able to filter their view by either "Direct Reports" or "My Organization."

This narrows or expands the view:

Additional filters include the appraisal status and quarter. The data can also be filtered by performance and potential rating by selecting the circles in the matrix. This filter can be removed by clicking the circle again.

The HR Admin

The HR Admin will have a different overview tab that will enable them to see the entire organization. If the HR Admin also has direct reports, they'll have the option to view their team.

When the Talent Matrix tab is selected with "My Team View" enabled, the matrix for your team will display.

When the Talent Matrix tab is selected with "Organization View" enabled, the matrix for the company will display.
