Adding a Goal

To add a goal in CEO-S Software, simply select "Add Goal" from the Goals page.



Once the form is open, you can enter your goal details using the following process:

  1. Select a parent goal and save.


    Select the "Standard" or "Create with AI" option.

    1. "Standard" allows you to manually enter the goal details.
    2. "Create with AI" will leverage AI to suggest recommendations for the title, description, and measurement.
  2. Select the quarter. The quarter field will always default to the current quarter. You can only enter goals for the current quarter or a future quarter.
  3. Enter the "Title."
  4. Enter the "Description."
  5. Enter the "Measurement."

    Select "Request Approval."

    1. "Cancel" will empty and close the form.
    2. "Save Draft" will save the goal in a draft format so it can be edited later.
    3. "Request Approval" will send the goal to your manager for approval.

After "Request Approval" is selected, the goal will be visible to you and your manager.



If the goal is saved as a draft, you will see a notice that the goal is in draft format.
